We know that real estate is fast-paced and schedules can change at a moment’s notice. However, because we hold dedicated time slots for every listing, last-minute changes mean we often can't offer that time to another agent. If you need to make changes, please let us know at least 48 hours before your shoot to avoid any cancellation fees.

STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all service requests. However, we recommend booking at least 7 to 14 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time. This may be longer during our busy period, March through June.

  • We understand that the world of real estate moves quickly. You can cancel or reschedule fee-free 48 hours or more before your shoot. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking are subject to a fee, as that time is reserved exclusively for your listing.

  • If severe weather impacts us fulfilling our services, and depending on the circumstances, we will either reschedule all services at no extra charge or proceed with interior captures and return later for exterior media.

  • Clients receive a full commercial marketing license to use all media for the duration of the listing. Copyright and ownership of the media remain with Innovative Property Media.

  • All media is returned to you within 48 hours from the end shoot time. (If the shoot finishes at 6pm or later, the 48 hour delivery window begins the next morning at 9am).

    You will receive a link to an online media portal where you can download your files, ready to upload directly to MLS and your social platforms.

  • To ensure shoot day runs smoothly, the home should be clean, decluttered, and staged prior to our arrival, with vehicles off the driveway and parked away from the property. We also request the seller vacates the home during media day, if possible.

  • If you haven’t selected the Agent Feature add-on for your video package, you do not need to be present as long as property access is provided. However, you are always welcome to attend if you prefer to oversee specific details firsthand.

  • Yes. We are fully insured and Transport Canada certified for commercial RPAS (drone) operations, ensuring safe and compliant aerial imaging for all your listings.
