Real Estate Media Appointment

All appointments must be scheduled in advance and are considered confirmed once the client receives a booking confirmation via email, message, or booking platform.
Please ensure the property is ready for photography upon arrival, including cleaning, staging, lights on, blinds adjusted, and vehicles removed from driveways.
If the property is not ready, additional fees or rescheduling may apply.
Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change in real estate. However, late cancellations result in lost time and unavailable booking slots.
48+ Hours Notice
No cancellation fee.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice
$50 will be charged.
Same Day Cancellation
$80 will be charged.
Cancellation After Photographer Arrival
$100 will be charged.
Cancellation fees are required because booking time is reserved exclusively for your property and prevents other clients from scheduling.
Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed once at no charge if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Additional rescheduling requests or short-notice changes may incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

Weather Cancellation Policy
Weather conditions can impact the quality and safety of real estate media services, particularly for exterior photography and drone operations. To ensure the best possible results, the following weather policy applies to all scheduled appointments.
Weather Conditions That May Require Rescheduling
Appointments may need to be rescheduled due to unfavorable weather conditions including, but not limited to:
Heavy rain
Strong winds
Snow or severe storms
Dense fog or poor visibility
Unsafe drone flying conditions
Extremely dark or overcast skies that negatively affect image quality
Client-Requested Weather Cancellations
If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule due to weather conditions, notice must be provided at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment whenever possible.
If the photographer has already begun traveling to the property or has arrived on-site, a trip fee of $80–$150 may apply.
Media Usage & Non-Transfer Policy

All photos, videos, and media produced remain the intellectual property of Innovative Property Media and are licensed—not sold—to the client for limited use.
Licensed Use
The purchasing agent/broker is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media solely for the marketing of the specific property for which the media was created.
Non-Transfer & Resale Prohibition
Media may not be sold, transferred, assigned, shared, or given to any other agent, broker, homeowner, builder, or third party without prior written consent from Innovative Property Media.
This includes, but is not limited to:
A new listing agent using the same media after a listing expires or is reassigned
Any third party reusing the media for marketing purposes
Selling or including the media in any package or service to another agent
Unauthorized Use
Any unauthorized use, transfer, or resale of media will be considered a violation of this agreement.
Innovative Property Media reserves the right to pursue additional compensation or legal remedies if necessary.
Transfer Requests
If another agent or party wishes to use the media, they must contact Innovative Property Media directly to obtain a new license agreement and usage rights.

By booking services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Appointment & Cancellation Policy & Media Usage Policy.
